This is what my working day looks like.
My daily tasks include coordinating with my colleagues here or at the headquarter in Tokyo to discuss requirements for project implementation. In addition, I process incoming orders and conduct market analyses for the applications assigned to me. Based on these, I work with the sales team to derive appropriate measures.
That’s why I enjoy my job so much.
What I particularly value is the mutual support and cross-departmental collaboration. Even my onboarding was carried out with great patience, which enabled me to quickly and effectively take on new responsibilities. Product training in Japan
An exciting experience at Mitsubishi Electric was an extended training session at one of our plants in Japan. The intensive on-site training gave me the opportunity to experience the production process firsthand and to build personal relationships with colleagues at the plant. Since I communicate with the headquarters and the plants in my current role, this experience was invaluable and has had a lasting positive impact on our collaboration.
