Marvin Korb

Team Coordinator Technical Internal Sales Support at Living Environment Systems

“What I find particularly exciting is witnessing and supporting the development of young talent.”

This is what my daily routine looks like.

My main responsibility is the design of heat pump systems for projects from engineering or planning offices, in close collaboration with the field sales team. I also contribute to working groups focused on the strategic development of new markets or the positioning of new products. In addition, I supervise our dual-study students and provide technical leadership for the internal technical sales team in the area of system engineering. At lunchtime, I join colleagues in the cafeteria, and after work, we even engage in sports activities together – in our case, on the tennis court rented by Mitsubishi Electric.

My journey at Mitsubishi Electric

Starting in 2016, I worked as a dual student during my practical phases in the “Living Environment Systems” product division in Ratingen. After successfully completing my studies, I was able to join the technical internal sales team. Since last year, I have been working as a team coordinator.

What I appreciate about my job.

I truly enjoy contributing to the implementation of high-quality heating and cooling solutions based on renewable energy. What I particularly value is working within a committed and harmonious team, the flat hierarchies, and the opportunity to take responsibility for younger colleagues and support them. Overall, I experience continuous development through ever new challenges.

Why Mitsubishi Electric?

The commitment to sustainable and innovative technologies inspires me—just like the awareness of the importance of young talent, who bring dynamism and new perspectives to the teams. These are just a few of the many reasons why I fully identify with the company’s values.
