My daily work in Sales
Customer meetings, regular development discussions with my key accounts, as well as new customer acquisition are among my main responsibilities. I give lectures and presentations, attend events, and participate in trade fairs. Machine configuration and planning support are also part of my daily routine.
My journey at Mitsubishi Electric
In 2018, I started in technical internal sales and have always worked closely with colleagues in the field. As I have primarily been responsible for a major customer in recent years, I was able to develop towards Key Account Management. In addition to expanding the key account business and providing planning support for projects such as new local heating networks and residential districts, I also strive to identify synergies with colleagues from other product areas and acquire new joint customers.
That’s what makes my job so special.
What I particularly enjoy is the interaction with our customers. In addition, we have an incredibly great team and there are always new and exciting challenges. I am constantly learning—through the projects as well as from my colleagues. Overall, I experience a high level of appreciation—not only from my manager.
