Do you already know what you want to do after school? We offer you the opportunity to learn a recognised profession as part of a dual training programme or dual study programme.

Being part of an experienced team with exciting tasks and gaining intensive and interesting insights into the various areas of the company – that’s what training with us guarantees.

Duration & Procedure:

The dual study programme lasts three and a half years. It combines three-month theory phases at FH Münster with exciting practical phases at our site in Ratingen in the Living Environment Systems division.

In addition to an attractive salary, we will cover your study costs and support you with a housing allowance during the theoretical phases. We also offer you free use of the canteen and a travel allowance for public transport.

What you can expect:

Throughout your studies, you will be supported by experienced product specialists and gain in-depth insights into technical office work and product marketing. You can also expect practical projects and varied tasks in an innovative environment.

Duration & Procedure:

The dual study programme lasts three years. It combines three-month theory phases at the Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Heidenheim with exciting practical phases at our site in Ratingen in the Factory Automation – CNC division.

What you can expect:

You will gain in-depth insights into our technical service, play an active role in key account management and gain valuable experience in project management and practical projects.

The theoretical training takes place two days a week at the vocational school in Düsseldorf, while you gain practical experience in our company.

What you can expect:

During your apprenticeship, you will work in various departments and gain exciting insights into different areas. You will learn about purchasing, familiarise yourself with the processes involved in commercial sales administration and gain valuable experience in marketing. You will also gain insights into administration, deal with financial processes and deepen your knowledge of logistics.

The apprenticeship lasts three and a half years. Theoretical instruction takes place in block lessons at the vocational school in Düsseldorf. We cooperate with a training partner in Düsseldorf to provide you with comprehensive and practical training.

What you can expect:

During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have learned directly in practice. You will work with industrial robots, implement automation solutions and gain experience in working with erosion machines. In addition, you will work with refrigeration systems and deepen your technical understanding in these areas.

The apprenticeship lasts three and a half years. Theoretical instruction takes place in block lessons at the vocational school in Düsseldorf. We cooperate with our apprenticeship partner Pittler ProRegion Berufsausbildung GmbH near Frankfurt to provide you with comprehensive and varied training.

What you can expect:

During your training, you will gain in-depth insights into various technical areas, including mechanics, electrical engineering and control technology. You will apply the knowledge you have acquired directly in practice, particularly when working with our refrigeration systems and heat pumps.

During your apprenticeship, you will take on a wide range of practical tasks. You will analyse and optimise IT processes and support the specialist departments in selecting and implementing data-based solutions.
